BASE Health & Wellness

As a dedicated gym owner in Golden, Base Health & Wellness, I am thrilled to introduce a pioneering Employee Wellness Program tailored specifically for small businesses in our community. Recognizing the unique challenges and dynamics of small enterprises, weโ€™ve crafted a program that supports your team’s physical well-being and fosters a culture of health and wellness within your workplace.

We start with an onboarding process that helps us determine where to start, a quick health questionnaire for your employees to see if theyโ€™re ready to start exercise, and providing general how-toโ€™s and support for you and your team.

This is followed by four weeks of getting into the habit of moving and exercising and implementing healthy habits to improve overall health and mindset! During this time, the BASE team will provide support and regular check-ins to keep track of your employees’ results.

We will access your work environment and design your program around readily available objects or bodyweight only. We aim to make it fun and educational, but you can always throw in some friendly competition if interested!

Hereโ€™s a glimpse into how our Employee Wellness Program and how it can revolutionize your workplace:

1. Reduced Stress and Enhanced Mental Health: Our program will be unique to your organization and designed to combat stress and improve mental health. We create a more tranquil and productive work environment by providing your employees with tools and resources to manage stress effectively.

2. Greater Productivity: Physical activity is directly linked to improved cognitive function and productivity. Our wellness program encourages regular exercise, leading to more energetic and focused employees. This translates to enhanced efficiency and output for your business.

3. Fewer Sick Days: A healthy employee is a present employee. By promoting fitness and wellness, our program aims to boost the immune systems of your team members, leading to fewer absences due to illness and a more reliable workforce.

4. Improved Employee Retention: In todayโ€™s competitive job market, offering a wellness program can set your business apart. It demonstrates a commitment to your employeeโ€™s health and well-being, making your company a more attractive workplace and reducing turnover rates.

5. Enhanced Team Building and Morale: Wellness activities provide an excellent opportunity for team building. Participating in these activities can strengthen team members’ bonds, fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace culture.
