Canada Day 2025: Cruise into Canada Day with the 16th Annual Redline Car Show in Golden, BC.

Redline Car Show: July is just around the corner, and with it comes a beloved Golden tradition — the 16th Annual Canada Day Redline Car Show! Hosted in the heart of downtown, this family-friendly event is a favourite among locals and visitors alike. From the Post Office to Big Bend Café, the street will be closed to traffic and filled with vintage classics, modern marvels, local vendors, and plenty of community spirit.

Organized by the passionate Golden Redline Team, led by Lisa and Jason Tang, the car show event has grown year after year, with over 100 registered vehicles at the 2019 show. “We’re hopeful to surpass that number as we continue to grow post-pandemic,” said Lisa Tang.

As a volunteer-run event, community support is essential, and the Redline Team is currently seeking donations and sponsors to help make this year’s show the best one yet.

Here’s how you can get involved:

$50 T-Shirt Sponsor: Get your business name printed on the back of the event shirts, worn by contest winners and sold to the public.

Cash Donations: Any amount helps! Contributions over $50 will get your name on the t-shirts.

Prize Donations: Gift certificates or merchandise are used as door and raffle prizes.

$100 Trophy Sponsor: Sponsor a trophy category and have your business name engraved on the award plaque (limited availability).

“Our goal is to raise enough support to grow the show and make it even more enjoyable each Canada Day,” says Jason Tang.

To donate or learn more, contact the Redline Team at goldenteamredline@gmail.com or (250) 344-4883 (call or text).

Interested in entering your ride? Registration is open on-site from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on July 1st — all makes and models are welcome! Pre-registration is preferred and can be done by emailing goldenteamredline@gmail.com or texting (250) 344-4883.

Join us downtown from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 1st, to browse the incredible lineup, meet the owners, and enjoy the sunshine and small-town fun. Don’t miss another Canada Day event in Golden, BC!
