Golden Skybridge hosts ‘Locals Days’ for residents

Golden and Area A residents will have a chance to experience one of the community’s top attractions a little differently later this month.

Golden Skybridge is hosting its annual Locals Days on April 25 and 26, running from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., with access offered by donation to the Pursuit Community Fund.

The event is open exclusively to local residents, with proof of residency required. Participation is limited to season pass holders, encouraging locals to take advantage of a full summer of access while supporting a community-focused initiative.

Season passes, priced at $53.50, provide unlimited bridge access throughout the summer season and are required to attend the Locals Days event.

The annual promotion is positioned as a chance for residents to “find thrills in your backyard first,” offering locals a quieter, community-oriented experience at the popular attraction before peak tourist season begins.

Funds raised during the two-day event will go toward the Pursuit Community Fund, which supports local initiatives and organizations.

With tourism numbers continuing to climb in the region, Locals Days offers residents a rare opportunity to experience Golden Skybridge on their own terms, while also keeping dollars circulating back into the community.
