Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) kicks off summer operations. Located in the heart of interior BC, off Highway 1, the resort offers a variety of activities and outdoor adventures.
One of the resort’s summer highlights is the renowned Pipe Mountain Coaster, which debuted in 2016. Building upon its success, RMR introduced a second track last summer (2023), allowing thrill-seekers to double down on the fun. This season, RMR will open Track number 2 daily from May 31 to June 21, with both tracks ready for action starting June 22.

Each track is 1.4km long, full of twists, turns, and drops through forests and across ski runs. Riders can reach speeds up to 42km/hr but control their speed, making the Pipe Mountain Coaster the perfect activity for the entire family to enjoy.
Riders are welcome to ride alone or accompany passengers between the ages of 3-9 years if the following height and weight requirements are met:
- • To ride alone, you must be at least 4’1″ or taller and eight years old.
- • To ride with a passenger, you must be at least 19.
- • Passengers must be 3 to 9 years old and have a minimum height of 96cm/3’2″.
- • The combined maximum weight capacity per cart is 118kg (260lbs).
From May 31 – June 21, residents from the Columbia Shuswap Regional District (CSRD) save 50% off tickets for the Pipe Mountain Coaster. Tickets can be purchased on-site at Guest Services with a piece of government-issued I.D., which indicates your home address in the CSRD area. Tickets cannot be purchased in advance.

Eligible Areas: Revelstoke, Golden, Sicamous, Salmon Arm, and seven rural Electoral Areas.
During June, Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Northland Properties are partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada (BBBSC) to support the vital work they do mentoring young people. One dollar ($1) from every ticket sold for the Pipe Mountain Coaster will be donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada (BBBSC).
The Revelstoke Bike Park opens for the 2024 season

The Revelstoke Bike Park will also open on May 31, with lift access to the trail network on the lower mountain. Ease into the season on Salad Fingers, their machine-built green trail, which gives riders 4.1km of pure flow. From there, riders can naturally progress on local favourites Fifty-Six Twenty, Dust Punk, and End Game, which offer a variety of flow, tech, drops, and pops.
The Resort’s Mountain Sports School offers a wide variety of programs, including Kids’ Camps, Ladies’ Clinics, Guided Tours, and Lessons, catering to riders of all levels looking to advance their skills and experience.

No matter your activity of choice, a fun-filled après will be waiting for you every day of the week! Grab a seat on the scenic Paul Mair Plaza or a Rockford Bar | Grill table. Enjoy live music and choose from a great selection of craft beer, delicious appetizers, and happy hour specials daily. Check out their menu here.
